step１オイルマッサージ　oil massage

ヘナ前にたっぷりとハイビスカスオイルしてヘッドマッサージし、ビニールキャップなどしてオイルパック
１、２時間ほどおいてヘナ　仕上がりが全く変わります
頭皮にたっぷりとハイビスカスオイル
ヘナ前、インディゴ前にこのオイルでのヘッドマッサージは必須です 

Before applying henna, massage your head with plenty of hibiscus oil and use a vinyl cap to pack the oil.

乾いた頭皮にこれぐらいのイメージでたっぷりとオイルを塗布してマッサージします

Apply a generous amount of oil to your dry scalp and massage it like this.

step２　ヘナ塗布　henna application


毛根までしっかり塗布　できるだけ毛先まで伸ばしてください

Apply firmly to the hair roots, and extend to the tips of the hair as much as possible.

たっぷりのヘナで縮毛矯正　痛んでいる傷口に滋養を与えます

Straighten hair with plenty of henna to nourish painful wounds

ラップして９０分から２時間くらい置きます

Wrap it and let it sit for about 90 minutes to 2 hours.

step４　アロエで保湿　Moisturize with aloe

洗髪した後、タオルドライした後にモイストジェルを2プッシュほどして地肌にマッサージするように塗布、
そしてドライヤーで完全に乾かすこと
根元からしっかりと乾かすのがポイントです

After washing your hair and towel drying it, apply two pumps of moist gel and massage it into your scalp.
and dry it completely with a hair dryer
The key is to dry thoroughly from the roots.

step５　インディゴで捕色　Color capture with indigo

もし、頭髪の明るさが気になったらその部分にだけインディゴします

If you are concerned about the brightness of your hair, apply indigo only to that part.

持ち帰ったインディゴの粉を入れてよく練って塗布

2 tablespoons of the henna paste I brought home

塗布する前に必ずハイビスカスオイルをたっぷりと全頭に塗布すること
これをしないと綺麗にならない

４０分くらいおいて　洗髪、アロエ塗布はヘナした時と同じようにします

この後に今一度ヘナを月末までに
もう１回したら見違えるような頭髪になります

After this, apply henna again by the end of the month.
If you try it one more time, your hair will look completely different.
